Kevin Lovewell is a seasoned accountant with a specialisation in Business Valuations, licensed to operate as a Principal Real Estate Agent. He currently serves as the Director of Negotia Group Pty Ltd.
Qualifications:
Originally educated as an accountant, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business (Accy) and has attained a Masters (MBA) in Strategic Management fro QUT in Brisbane, with a focus on Business Valuation.
He is a proud member of The Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). Kevin’s dedication to the AIBB is evident through his various roles, culminating in receiving the National Chairman’s Award in 2019, 2020, and 2022 for his outstanding contributions to the profession.
In 2014, Kevin transitioned from public practice, retiring as a tax agent, to establish Negotia Group Pty Ltd alongside a Co-Director.
In his current capacity, Kevin serves as a business intermediary, taking on roles as both a seller or buyer agent and as the principal agent in complex M&A projects. His active involvement as a business valuer in the Small to Medium (SME) Market involves regular appraisals of SME businesses to determine their market value.
Kevin has a wealth of experience from a long career managing a number of different businesses, as a management and taxation accountant and has specialist knowledge in the Research and Development area.
